One month under the belt in 2012. Damn, someone slow down this ride! I started the year painting to the emotion of the "Lonely Sierra." I have many paintings in the works and will be holding back many for upcoming shows including my entry for the California Art Club Gold Medal Show and my annual One man Show at Galerie Gabrie.
I have added information on my

to my WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES page and will have exact dates and details nailed down soon.

I have added two new paintings to my LANDSCAPE page.

I am now represented by JOSH HARDY GALLERIES in Carmel, CA. I must admit, it feels good to have my work hanging with Mr. Payne, Mr. Wendt, and others!

I received the
SOUTHWEST ART MAGAZINE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE from the
CALIFORNIA ART CLUB
100TH ANNUAL GOLD MEDAL EXHIBITION
for my painting "Winter Orchestration- Markleeville Coda."
I have added a photo of me and the award to my IN THE FIELD page.

I have an entry in my RANDOM RAMBLINGS page. In it I try to give a better sense of my art education with photos and samples of my student work.
